crimson and clover....over and over....

One of the biggest hits of the 1960's was Tommy James and The Shondelles classic hit, "Crimson And Clover"
"Now I don't hardly know her,... but I think I could love her,....crimson and clover....Well if she come walkin over,... now I been waiting to show her,... crimson and clover....My minds such a sweet thing,... what a beautiful feeling, ...crimson and clover....over and over..."        Tommy James said crimson was his favourite colour and clover was his favourite flower, and he liked how they sounded together.       Those were simpler times alright.....over and over.....over and over.....

hello and welcome to my world over at vulture peak ;)

thanks for leaving a comment because otherwise i would never have found you! although, believe it or not, i have been to the gallery you ran in 2002...were you there then? it seems light years away now and actually is but what a small world...i love your painting, it's fun and full of color, something i am partial to as well....in all the world, color and love are what make the world go around, in my humble opine....so thanks for popping in and joining my small band of merry followers + i have joined yours too...can't wait to see more of your work ! you've inspired me to finish up something i've been working on-putting off-working on :)
