Hot, bright colors work best in a tropical atmosphere, and Isla Holbox had lots of color.........

Why can islanders get away with more vibrant colors? Those colors make me feel happy and relaxed. I am so jealous of your trip!

Love those vibrant colours! But they work well in Newfoundland too and last time I heard, Nfld wasn't exactly tropical, LOL!

I just love the vibrant nature of the area. Puera Villarta used to be that way as well....many years ago...lazy, beautiful, natural, but not anymore. Too bad. But this place is beautiful still. The Olde Bagg, Linda

wow, how can one not feel upbeat and happy with those colors! Maybe that's my problem - there seems to be a lack of color missing on the MN landscape. I think you are right - a little trip to someplace sunny would provide a tremendous lift in spirits! Fun!
