no pretty, no skinny, no more......

Don't you just love the honesty of strangers. NOT! I was told the other day, by a professional that I hadn't seen for awhile, that, gasp, I was looking older. Well it had been several years and she sure as heck looked older too. I did not, however, tell her so. Then she went on to regale me that I had better get used to it, "because I will never be prettier or thinner, again." sigh.... We all know the truth but, c'mon, keep it to yourself. Spread the joy, man...talk about something else. As I scringed under her scrutiny I decided then and there....I had better lose some weight. Prettier, no....but skinnier, yes, that is within my power..... and totally necessary as the fat jeans are hard to do up right now. So. here, goes, the quest begins to trim the fat.....I'll keep you posted. .... p.s. I may even make a few more of those masks. They may come in handy one day.
