I like to layer paint and paper to add texture and energy....
When people ask me what I paint, or how I paint, I always answer, "I paint energy...." So, on Oprah's last show, I was encouraged to hear her say, that she believed, we are energy....just like everything else in the world...is energy. We bring it.....we create it, we change it...we are it........

You know I love this piece and for some reason it reminds me of a room.. all the bits and pieces of a carefully planned room... maybe a library.. a bit like a mood board.. fab.. i love it..

that is so true. we all have our energy levels and need to capitalize on the positive one in order to move forward.
some of us have more "energy" than others. for real. i think i am kind of lacking in that department. lol.
