Just came via Linda at Oldbaggs&stuff (crap I know I got that name wrong LOL) on the browse (truly not stalking) & when I saw your painting here I just had to let you know how I LOVE the spontaneous vitality it exudes, it's just gorgeous!
Hello Susan: The vibrancy of the colours and dynamism of the drawing makes your work full of energy and excitement. Passionate, dramatic and spontaneous!
Mermaid ~ Please do tell what mediums you use? Have you ever heard of "cattle marker crayons"? They are big oil/waxed based crayons used to mark cattle for whatever - slaughter categories - but a local rancher artist used them as an available medium source during the period after WWII with watercolor, creating high plains scenes that are breathtaking. This gorgeous painting of yours reminds of those uses. And the luminescence is stunningly beautiful.
