 Peter Max was the cosmic artist of the 60's, In much the same way that the Beatles redefined music, Max redefined art. His bold linear style used shocking colour combinations and a transcendental style that hugely appealed to the generation of flower children.  He didn't fade away though. His career continued and he is now the most well known and collected artist in the U.S.A. He has maintained his signature style and is now involved in merging art with technology. All that hippie stuff really paid off.......
