Slocan Lake |
Arrow Lake |
When my husband told me that he had to go up to Revelstoke for an overnighter, I decided to go along for the ride. Revelstoke is about three hours north of here and a beautiful drive through the Slocan Valley with a lovely ferry ride over Arrow Lake. The sun shone, the air was crisp, and the snow on the mountains absolutely stunning........great little getaway......

Great photos- like a breath of crisp fall air- glad you got away.
How beautiful - I really need to visit that area!
this is just breathtakingly beautiful. I love water. I live in the desert. That much water sorta scares me, but I love it.

Every picture shows what a piece of wonderful work nature is. I Would love to go over there and loose myself at the lake and in its surroundings. Have a nice voyage.

What breath-taking views. And yet, what really grabbed me? The little rumpled black bird.
