what's up , fish?

working wet and fast...or it will surely collapse...
partially dry...weathered, blue slip...
Guard Fish!...I'll place a coin in his mouth after he is fired...for good fortune.....
magic mud......paper clay slip made with thrown trimmings and toilet paper.....
start of a mask...very high tech.....
working wet .....
wabi sabi cup...after I threw this cup. I knocked it off centre and added a wobble line....
break my nose....not my heart.....
now I will throw a pot to sit on her head......then paint with coloured slips.....
I won this wonderful gift from Jen at Rue and Hyssop....so generous!

Love the sensuous lines of the mud mask!

Cool stuff. I think sculpting from clay really takes a special gift--- making something so multi-dimensional from a thought in your head.

Wish I was with you...I love working with clay! Not something I do very often. You inspire me....
Be sure to share your finished projects!
